Continuum South Tower
Built in 2002 by developer Ian Bruce Eichner's The Continuum Company, Continuum South Tower is one of the first skyscrapers in South Beach's multimillion-dollar South of Fifth (SoFi) neighborhood. Forty floors and 471-feet tall, sporting 318 units at 100 South Pointe Drive, it preceded its little sister, the 27-story Continuum North at 50 South Pointe Drive, which opened in 2008. Together the two towers occupy 12 acres of prime oceanfront property with clear views of the Atlantic to the east, Fisher Island to the south, Miami Beach to the north and Downtown Miami to the west.
With 26 different condo floor-plans and 5 different townhouse floor-plans, amenities at the Continuum include: a lagoon pool, outdoor restaurant, sporting club, 3 clay tennis courts, private tennis club, gym, heated whirlpools, cold plunge, spa services, Redwood sauna, concierge services and round-the-clock manned security. Not to mention direct access to "surfer" beach at South Pointe on 1st Street and the cardio course at beautiful South Pointe Park right outside your door where you can run your dog.
