Streamline Properties property management division has a long proven track record of providing superior service in the management, maintenance, marketing and leasing of residential & commercial properties in South Beach, Miami Beach and North Miami. We're dedicated to producing the greatest possible net income over the long term for our clients. To date, Streamline has successfully managed over 35 apartment rental and condominium buildings, 50,000 square feet of retail storefronts and 375,000 square feet of office building space.

Manager's Services

  • Collect condominium maintenance fees and special assessments
  • Provide day-to-day bookkeeping, including keeping a full computerized general ledger, so the only outside accounting services needed are the of the year end tax return
  • Supervise maintenance personnel and outside contractors
  • Maintain the property to the standards set by your Board of Directors
  • Respond promptly to all maintenance requests
  • In the event of an emergency, property manager is available and accessible 24 hours each day
  • Obtain quotes for all building services including insurance, waste removal, elevator services, pool maintenance, janitorial services, etc., all at competitive rates
  • Oversee special projects, including obtaining and analyzing quotes and supervising the work
  • Attend board meetings and provide accurate meeting minutes and recording of meetings
