Saul Gross, founder and president of Streamline Properties, Inc., is a well-known civic and business leader in Miami Beach with more than 30 years experience in the real estate industry. His experience as a real estate attorney in New York City with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and as a Vice President with The Urban Group, a syndication company specializing in renovation of historic properties, set the stage for Saul’s success in Miami Beach.

I am a native of Miami Beach, Florida. My grandparents had a rooming house on 4th street, between Washington and Collins Avenue. I love my home town. I studied to be a Reading Teacher and worked in Dade and Broward County Schools. After my children were born I decided to go into the Mortgage profession. I have two children, a son Daniel and a daughter Marilyn. Being a Mortgage broker afforded me more time for my children. In 2005, I decided to become a real estate agent. I joined Streamline Properties, Inc. after I passed my Real Estate exam. I find it very enjoyable and challenging to assist my customers not only for their prequalification and mortgage needs, but also to find them a property for business or personal use. Carlos Aguiles is a New Jersey native who speaks Spanish and English and relocated to Miami Beach in 1,990. Carlos is a graduate of Hunters College in New York with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He is also an alumni of the City of Miami Beach Neighborhood Leadership Academy. At Streamline Properties, Carlos specializes in the commercial sales and leasing of Miami Beach's famous nightclubs, bars and restaurants. Dan Ritthaler, an Iowa native, was a corporate accountant for 20 years representing Fortune 50 corporate conglomerates such as Gulf & Western and WR Grace. Changing careers, Dan invested in a Mailing House, Marketing & Printing Company in Miami, where he developed a clientele which included The Cuban American Foundation and The Florida Media Association. After selling the company, Dan changed careers again, working from 1992 – 2003 at Ace Music Store, providing instruments and audio equipment for local bands and international music celebrities.
